I grew up in the Netherlands, close to the forest. I spent hours exploring new paths, marveling at the trees, the silence but at the same time the liveliness, and the colorful splendor.
My interest led me to study earth sciences. For many years I worked as an advisor in the field of water management and climate.
I started as a photographer in 2023. I love the vastness, the lines and patterns of nature, the colors and the ever-changing light. In 2024 I moved to Sweden. Surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place for outdoor photography. I want to tell the stories of the landscape, its history, the natural forces but also the people that shaped it. Look around and stay curious!
